How about Tuesday at 8AM PDT, which is 1pm UTC -2 and 4pm UTC +4

Does that work for everyone?

Yes, Tuesday at 8AM PDT works for me (I calculate it as 5pm norwegian time).

Notifications for this thread seem to be a bit flaky- might be an idea to ping participants directly.

i'm realizing that mornings just won't work, everything tends to go wrong earlier in the day for me and I can reliably do something like this until I'm in the office.
