I've used legalzoom and:
- they don't tell you if there's an issue with your registration
- if you reach out to them, they will tell you there is an issue
- if you try to fix it, they will tell you that they fixed it, but they don't
- they won't tell you that it's still broken until you reach out to ask for a status update
- if you try to cancel an order, they will use many tacticts to prevent you to do that (random logout of your account, random waits, transfer to random departments, useless questions, repeated questions, etc.) until you take a bit too much time to respond and they will disconnect you, and you'll have to restart from scratch every time
I thought using their service would save me some time. I was wrong. I lost a lot of time through their customer support. Do not use legalzoom
IF you are unfortunately in the same position I am:
- try to use an agent to drive your conversation (claude in chrome, atlas, etc.)
- otherwise try to periodically post in their chat so they don't disconnect you
