My own reasons to quit job

MISMATCH BETWEEN TALENTS & TASKS

  1. No interesting tasks. Only fixing when something broken.
  2. Should dig and fix other's crap.

MISALIGNMENT WITH ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

  1. I don't watch TV.
  2. Blame me when I making mistakes.
  3. CEO talking about contributing to OSS, but his point it shouldn't make any benefits to another people.
  4. It's OK to use industrial spying and corrupt developers from other companies.

WORK IS ENERGY DRAINING

  1. Everything is broken. Nothing works.
  2. Videoplayers are suck.
  3. No dev tools.
  4. Can't work remote.
  5. 100500 environments with different behaviour.

FEELING LIKE WORK DOESN’T MATTER
