-
1 1/2 cups nutritional yeast
-
1/2 cup corn meal
-
2 tbsp salt
-
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tbsp onion powder
-
3/4 tsp pepper
-
1/2 tsp rosemary
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp tarragon
-
1/2 tsp dill
-
1/2 tsp basil
-
1/2 tsp oregano
-
Dash poultry seasoning
-
Dash dry mustard powder
-
1/4 cup soy milk
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
1 tbsp flour
-
Pressed tofu
Combine all dry ingredients in a large container. Keeps for a long time.
To cook, mix the soy milk vinegar and flour in a bowl. Dredge the pressed tofu through the liquid, then through the southern fried tofu mix so that it gets coated.
Place on a pan in a 177C preheated oven. Bake 10 minutes, then flip and cook 10 minutes on the other side (until firm). Serve on a bun with burger toppings of your choice.
