Install uWebSocket

• Official uWebSocket Repository
• Although it is possible to install uWebSocketIO to native Windows, the process is quite involved. Instead, you can use one of several Linux-like environments on Windows to install and run the package.
• TIP: Try: Linux Bash Shell on Windows 10 step-by-step tutorial. This allows to run linux application directly on Windows
• IMPORTANT! Use newest version of Ubuntu Bash for windows which is Ubuntu BASH 16.04 > Link to help check version and upgrade when needed

• After Installing Ubuntu Bash, run ./install-ubuntu.sh
