Installation

  1. Save file as .git-plugin-bash.sh in your home directory(cd ~).
  2. To ~/.bashrc file add line:
    source ~/.git-plugin-bash.sh
  3. Open new terminal (your bash have to reload).
  4. Check if it working. Type gst in repository folder instead of git status.

I also added the following function otherwise some aliases don't work (used by gpsup, ggpull, ggpush, etc.):

function git_current_branch() {
        git rev-parse --abbrev-ref HEAD
}
