How to log all queries for a PostgreSQL homebrew install on OS X

Open the postgresql.conf config file:

$> mate /usr/local/var/postgres/postgresql.conf

Uncomment the line with 'log_destination' and set it to 'syslog'

log_destination = 'syslog'
