DTR

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

Class Structure, having classes work together well. Effectively using data model adding things to the DOM.

Dataset to populate data model, and using that data model to populate the dom.

Writing DRY Modular code.

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):

Being open to suggestions/improvements to my code. Front load as much as possible, try and have the last few days more refactoring/fine tuning.

User stories etc. to stay on a certain schedule. Daily DTR/Retros.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

The ability to collaberate, take constructive criticism without letting personalities clash or get in the way is the best way to learn.

Schedule Expectations/Constraints:

Having one weekend personal day is okay. No PR's or pressure to merge after 8PM. Generally no need to stay past 6PM, and then maybe some take-home work afterwards.

Misc

Have solid conventions. Being able to speak critically code. Aim high, shoot for as many 4's as possible.
