What is new key and IV for new version of hotgram? I decompile it with JADX but I cannot find anything. Any Idea?

Apparently both are hardcoded into the application APK. Both the key and IV are essential to decrypt the received script. By the way, TTL in printed answer shows the proxy's lifetime!
