10 minute lightnight talk

  • What's the venue like?

Spaark's offices. Not sure where but it will be a semi-formal setting, probably in a meeting room or breakout area

  • At what time of day will I be presenting?

Evening

  • Who is the audience?

Lean Agile Glasgow regulars and guests (Bob Marshall, Clarke Ching) Probably a few newbies too

  • What's their background?

Software professionals. Mostly with a deep understanding of Agile

  • What do they expect of me?

To find out about something interesting and useful

  • Why was I asked to speak?

  • What do I want them to do?

  • What visual medium us most appropriate for this particular situation and audience?
