Server Roles -- add file server and NFS. Then reboot
Policy Editor
Local Policies
Network Access: Let everyone permissions apply to anonymous users ENABLE
Reboot
Directory -> NFS Sharing
Set up anonymous r/w. Allow root access
Advanced -> Give Everyone full access
