A standalone ESPHome humidistat — an ESP32 + SHT41 controller drives a Sonoff S31 Lite dehumidifier plug over HTTP, with a wide deadband and anti-short-cycle timers. No Home Assistant.

The repo has the current configs, a packages/ layout, CI, and the full README. This Gist is no longer updated.
