Restaurants, Dessert, and Coffee

• $ Kopi Kopi Flatiron - New location for the reliable Washingonton Square establishment.
• $ Sophie's Cuban Cuisine - It's hard to beat a place that serves their food fast and cooks it well. Also has a location by Union Square.
• $ Spicy Village - Recommended by Evan Casey. More food than you can possibly eat and similar cuisine as Mission Street Food. Expect wait because it's a hole in the wall that doesn't take reservations.
• $ Spreadhouse Cafe - A spacious coffee shop in the Lower East Side where it's pleasant to stay for a while whether working or catching up with friends.
• $ Wolfnights - A bit like Shake Shack for wraps and with a nice variety.
• $$ Chef's Club Counter - Like an RC for Chef's. Always has solid breafkast burritos and burgers.
• $$ Clinton Hall - Fondue Burger, Red Velvet Waffle, Grilled Cheese Doughnut. Need I say more? There's also readily available table games like Jenga and Chess.
• $$ Coffee Project New York - Come for the Deconstructed Latte.
• $$ Daily Provisions - Great for a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner and winner of the Best All-Day Restaurant of the Year. Recommend: Breakfast Sandwich and their Cruller is delish.
• $$ Jackson Hole - Has the feeling of a classic pizza joint, but with burgers. There's also a location on the Upper East Side.
• $$ Mah Zeh Dahr Bakery - Nice selection of baked goods and, of course, coffee.
• $$ Pondicheri - Another all day cafe. Their breakfast dosa hits a craving I didn't know I previously had. By well-known chef Anita Jaisinghani. "There isn’t anything in the city quite like Pondicheri."
• $$ Supermoon Bakehouse - Nice variety of stuffed croissants. The place to go if looking to indulge.
• $$$ Le Relais de Venise L'Entrecôte SoHo - A welcoming steakhouse in SoHo where you only need tell your server one thing: Rare, Medium, or Well-done.
• $$$ Ortzi - A new restaurant with basque influence near Bryant Park with up and coming Chef Jose Garces.
