social wishlist

Features I would like to have in a social networking package:

- free and open source
- be able to run it myself
- bridge (bidirectionally) at least with twitter, pump.io and facebook 
- be able to use it on android with proper notification support
- realtime updates
- atom feed integration
- conversations at private, public and grouped level


Goal: use one entrypoint for conversations on different social networks.
Having accounts on proprietary networks is fine, but I don't want to use 
their software and/or website to interact with friends.
