Some notes on how to authenticate with composer/satis against github oauth, so the rate limit of 60 will be raised op to 5000. Can also be used for travis-ci.

for people finding this old documentation: satis does ask/guide you thru the process of getting a auth-token.
just define a repos in your satis.json which is hosted by github and call the regular
bin/satis build <config-file> <build-dir>
command.it will ask you for a token
