   - 4 days a week, up to 2 days wfh ok

 - you have a github account you're proud of.
 - a downloadable cocoa app we can play with. android/palm ok, but
   less shiny.
 - excited about learning new tech
 - capable of working in a team and talking to clients
 - care enough to argue with us about technology choices, but not such
   a prima donna that you'll sulk if the team chooses something else.
