Install Tensorflow 2 on Tinker Board

Following step by steps:

Scipy:

sudo apt-get install python3-scipy python-scipy

H5py:

sudo apt-get install python-h5py python3-h5py libhdf5-dev

functools32-3.2.3:

Firt, download latest version from repo: https://pypi.org/project/functools32/#history
Untar tar -xvf functools32-3.2.3-2.tar.gz
Open setup.py and remove these lines:

    if not (3,) > sys.version_info >= (2, 7):
        sys.stderr.write('This backport is for Python 2.7 only.\n')
        sys.exit(1)

Install package: pip install -e functools32-3.2.3

Setup TF2:

Download latest version from: https://github.com/lhelontra/tensorflow-on-arm
Install: pip install tensorflow-2.2.0-cp35-none-linux_armv7l.whl
