I think am not sure it is sustainable to denote whether a provider is free or not - as usually it is based upon the domains within the registrar and those pricing/free changes per domain some times.

Is there any no registration needed dynamic dns?
I want to give my linux machine a dns name to have a free ssl certificate
So I want to use curl dynamicip.com and it gives me a random dns name for my ip
