The next release of known point is going to focus on deepening of value of the product offering that we're already marketing to consumers to see if it increases traction. Previously we offered a concierge service to receive someone's medical records for a fee of $14.99. Moving forward we're going to offer those same customers unlimited medical records storage. They can upload their medical records for free or pay us to receive for them. Finally we will add the ability to share their medical records from their account. This should complete a much more compelling product offering to the same people we were already targeting with a goal of a high conversion rate, validation of the concept, and documented traction. From the administrative side of the application we need to continue our work in servicing clients and record requests.

On the marketing side we're going to introduce weekly videos of frequently asked questions which will be used inside of the marketing landing page and attempts to answer questions about our services and why they matter to patients. Also looking to increase the traction and throughput of marketing to convert customers into paying users. This process should also be supported by the new additional features that we are offering these customers. Social media should be updated on a weekly basis with our new videos that we are adding.

Market research will be conducted to gain input from the users about what do they find most valuable about the patient portals that they are using today so we know what features we are required to have to convert them to our system. This is going to take form in surveys and in person user interviews.

We're going to start some research and development in the area of collecting data for our patients from their patient portals in other EMR interfaces. We don't know the legal standing for this and what data is available to us but this will be an effort to gain that understanding. In combination with the market research we can see how many of the needs and wants of our users that were communicated during the surveys and interviews can be accomplished through this integration. Hopefully increasing the depth of our product into the next release.

We're going to start doing some other research and development on using machine learning for the first time. We think that we can start extracting value out of labeled PDFs containing lab results. Seeing as our data entry people are labeling certain pages as lab results with the type of labs if we can start automating the process of extracting those values we could deepen the value of lifetime dramatically. We are going to have a couple new interns starting this process for the first time and I'm hoping Amy can provide the senior technical experience for these new resources with my support
