+ I interviewed him about the issue he had to mitigate during the contest.

+ His plan was quite clear and reasonable to be done in GSoC duration.

Main point: He had completely adapt the open-source software working environment, which is compulsory in the cutting-edge IT world.
+ He kept connection with me really well, tried to ask a lot of questions on project's mailling-list and IRC channel.
+ He was familiar with all kind of tools used in OSS environment (git, mailling-list, jira, confluence, wiki, IRC)
+ He worked really hard and updated progress every weeks.
+ He finished tasks on-time and tried to extend the task after the GSoC.
