| XDECA Internal is a private app for internal team use only. | |
| ## Data Collection | |
| The app collects: | |
| - **Audio recordings** - Meeting recordings you choose to create | |
| - **API credentials** - Stored locally on your device only | |
| ## How Data is Used | |
| - Audio recordings are sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription | |
| - Transcriptions are uploaded to your configured Outline wiki instance | |
| - No data is shared with third parties beyond these services | |
| - No analytics or tracking is performed | |
| ## Data Storage | |
| - Recordings are stored temporarily on your device until transcribed | |
| - API keys are stored locally on your device | |
| - We do not operate servers that store your data | |
