currently using: Base16's dark Tomorrow theme. The Textmate/Sublime versions of these themes are available on Chris Kempson's github.

dayle rees has some excellent color themes as well. there are even generators to make your own.
currently using: soda theme is a modification of the actual application window and ui colors, not just the file contents. it has both a light and dark version and is very very nicely designed.
currently using: Momo by MoApp/Michael Göbel, it used to be (is?) still available free for download but the link is dead. it can currently be downloaded as a .ttf here: fluffypuff.us/dl/momo.ttf
