how to use????

This is awesome. Thanks for making a gist of this. Using it to decode some cookie values in SharePoint Designer 2010.

can someone explain how to use this please. how I can call the Encode function in another xsl?

Hello, can you modify the template name? according to your help in comment you should call this template "encode", but actually its name is "url-encode". Or at least modify your help in comment? :)
