紅白なます
材料:
大根:300g
人参:30g(大根の1/10)
塩:小さじ１
砂糖:小さじ３
酢:小さじ４
作り方:
1.大根と人参を千切りにして塩もみする。
2.水気が出てきたら、軽く絞ってタッパーヘ入れる。
3.砂糖と酢をかけて冷蔵庫へ入れておく。
