Note: The content in this post does not apply to using VPN for their intended purpose; that is, as a virtual private (internal) network. It only applies to using it as a glorified proxy, which is what every third-party "VPN provider" does.

Push To Talk in a Google Hangout (Meet)

Save this bookmarklet. Right-click on boomarks toolbar Add Page...
- Name: PTT (push to talk) or whatever you'd like (maybe short so it stays on your bookmarks toolbar)
- URL: (paste in the bookmarklet.js contents below)
In a Meet, click on the bookmarklet

Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config file. It looks like this:

Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/* to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:
