Thought I should post my guide on how to do this, as I've struggled with this for quite some time now. I wanted something to bypass the NAT/router as I did not have the option of port-forwarding. I will also be moving quite some in the upcoming year, so dynamic IP was almost a given. And obviously I wanted it to be cheap. This does it all.

This is free, no port-forwarding required and no static IP required. Wildcard domain and SSL certificate supported. It works with Cloudflare tunnels, Cloudflare DNS, Nginx Proxy Manager and obviously TrueNAS SCALE.

I am not a professional, if you see a flaw in this design, please let me know!

The guide below I wrote mostly for myself as a "notebook" of info I found, but then slightly expanded it with stuff that may be useful to others.

As of finishing writing, I have 16 hours of CoQ playtime and have a level 20 character, definitelly still a beginner as well, perhaps a slightly seasoned beginner.

the command zig run my_code.zig will compile and immediately run your Zig program. Each of these cells contains a zig program that you can try to run (some of them contain compile-time errors that you can comment out to play with)

Some notes on getting Debian 10 (stable) installed and running on the Beelink U57 Mini PC with Intel Core i5-5257u Processor.

Install Debian

Create a bootable USB Flash drive of the Debian 10 netinst ISO using Etcher.

Flash to SD Card using Balena Etcher https://www.balena.io/etcher/
Connect ethernet cable to Beelink

Note: The firmware needed to use the Beelink's onboard Intel Wifi is proprietary, and is not included with the default install of Debian. If you don't have the option of a wired LAN connection you can use an "unofficial" Debian CD image, that includes the proprietary (non-free) firmware. (https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/) See the below section on installing the firmware later on.

Immediately after startup press the Del key to enter the BIOS.

Problem

I have a notebook connected to a port replicator. I want to use the build-in speakers and microfone and not the external ones. If I boot my notebook in my port replicator Ubuntu changes the devices to external.

Solution
