~3 parts each:
- Hemp Hearts
- Buckwheat (toasted)
- Chia Seeds
~1 part each:
- Flax Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Almonds
- Coconut Flakes
- Goji Berries
- Dried Cranberries
- Dried Blueberries
- Dark Chocolate Chips*
* I used a dark chocolate bar (60-90% cocoa is best) instead, and cut it up into little pieces with a knife.
- Mix all ingredients together. Adjust to taste.
- Store in a sealed container/ziploc bag in the fridge
- Mix ~1/4-1/2 cup of the mix with milk/yogurt/smoothie or any other liquid.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
- I added extra chocolate and extra dried cranberries/blueberries, as I found it wasn't quite sweet enough as-is.
- All proportions are just a guide, so add more of whatever you like, and experiment a bit.
Cocoa nibs make for a healthier alternative to chocolate chips / pieces.
