0.1) Имя пользователя должно быть на латинице,иначе будут проблемы при активации.
1) Заходим Help/Register… -> License server
2) В поле пишем “http://idea.qinxi1992.cn”
3) Жмем ОК

0.1) The user name must be in Latin, otherwise there will be problems with activation.

  1. go to Help / Register ... -> License server
  2. In the field write "http://idea.qinxi1992.cn"
  3. Click OK
