- 1 Jus Rol ready rolled shortcrust pastry
- 1 cup milk
- 1 400ml can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. coconut extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar (keep separate)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 100g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 300ml double cream
You can use US or metric cups, they are close enough in measurement — maintaining the ratios is what matters.
Adjust chocolate balance to suit, too much dark chocolate is unpleasant to my tastes.
