These files will have to be copied/cloned into the same directory that contains your public directory, which, depending on your setup, could be your application directory, or your ~/.pow/<application> directory (if you use a symlink for public)
You can also add tmp/restart.txt, and using touch tmp/restart.txt to restart Pow
