You could add an alpha parameter to HEXCOLOR:

define HEXCOLOR(c, a) [UIColor colorWithRed:((c>>16)&0xFF)/255.0 green:((c>>8)&0xFF)/255.0 blue:(c&0xFF)/255.0 alpha:a];
