provided that such a database is protected by lawapplicable.B. PURPOSE
OF THE LICENSEUnder the conditions defined by this license and for the
entire duration of protection aInformation provided by copyright law and
related rights,The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive,
unlimited territorial and titlefree of charge the authorization to
exercise all copyright and related rightsheritage provided by the
legislation in force by the Romanian law in force byprotection of
intellectual property rights.The license also grants the right to
extract and / or reuse substantial portions of itthis database.No
provision of this license is intended to reduce, limit orrestricts the
rights resulting from the application of the legal norms regarding the
