How to add a One Time Password 2nd Factor for your Office365 Account using Bitwarden or any other free TOTP App of your choice.

  1. Open https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and login with your usual credentials.

  1. Add sign-in method

  1. Select Microsoft Authenticator

  1. Go for a different autneticator app

  1. OK go on!

  1. Now it gets hot ... Use a TOTP app of your choice to either scan the QR code or enter the Secret key which is revealed by clicking on Can't scan image?

  1. Final step. Prove that you have successfully added the Account to your TOTP app by entering the Code it curently displays.
