At the time of this writing Divvy hasn't been updated for OS X 10.9 so it tries to direct you to the Accessibility panel of the System Preferences. Actually the assistive device settings have been moved to the Security pane as shown below:

Ok, i tried this and enabled Divvy in this preferences menu. I was also able to start the software itself, but as far as I try to use a defined gesture, I get the "Divvy requires universal access" again. Is it really working for you...? Thx
FYI: Divvy doesn't seem to play nicely with external monitors on Mavericks as of yet.
The message continues to appear even after giving permission.
I am using an external monitor.
Anyone find a fix for this?
Using the Mavericks DP4, followed the steps, using an iMac without an external display, still get the message to enable the setting, despite the fact I've added Divvy to the list.
Thanks for the tip though, I just hope it works by the time the GM is released.
Thanks for the tip. This is awesome.
Only got it works once.

Nevermind: It stopped working after awhile.
I have enabled it as well in their but it doesn't fix it.
Nothing happens when I use my shortcuts.
This free alternative seems to do the job better: https://github.com/fikovnik/ShiftIt/.
This doesn't seem to work on GM either.
This doesn't seem to work on 10.9 GM.
I have enabled Universal Access for Divvy, but Divvy keeps telling me I haven't.
I'm running 10.9 GM. No external monitor.
