Link renderer to be used with will_paginate to render links to work with Twitter Bootstrap

Thanks. Had to change this
tag(:div, tag(:ul, html), container_attributes)
to
tag(:nav, tag(:ul, html, class: "pagination"), container_attributes)
to get it to work with Bootstrap v3.3.34. It worked!
