if i put

# Provides: nginx

in the daemon script when i run:

update-rc.d spawn-fcgi defaults

in debian gnu/linux i have an error:

insserv: script spawn-fcgi: service nginx already provided!
insserv: exiting now!
update-rc.d: error: insserv rejected the script header

changing these param to:

# Provides: spawn-fcgi

works perfect, thank you :)
