To list-up installed app

pm list packages

Search for a particualr app with pacakagename

pm list pacakges | grep com.abc

Turn on Battery Optimization for a particular app

adb shell dumpsys deviceidle whitelist -<package_name>

Turn off Battery Optimization for a particular app
