[Aug-29 12:59 PM] PJ Bearman: Ok, so Jeff says this is probably related to a bevy of fixes he made to the msbuild targets for ios8+7.4.0, and then tracked in XS 5.4. He's not sure of the exact cause, but as long as we have compatibility across the individual milestones we're good.
