Much simpler version of Shopify's option_selection.js for separating product options into their own dropdown menus.
<form action="/cart/add" method="post">
{% if product.variants.size > 1 %}
{% if product.options[0] %}
{% assign used = '' %}
<label for="select-one">{{ product.options[0] }}</label>
<select id='select-one' onchange="letsDoThis()">
{% for variant in product.variants %}
{% unless used contains variant.option1 %}
<option value="{{ variant.option1 }}">{{ variant.option1 }}</option>
{% capture used %}{{ used }} {{ variant.option1 }}{% endcapture %}

Quick lines to get the number of selectors in each CSS to make sure that IE is not breaking
var
styleSheets = document.styleSheets,
totalStyleSheets = styleSheets.length;
for (var j = 0; j < totalStyleSheets; j++){
var
styleSheet = styleSheets[j],
rules = styleSheet.cssRules,
totalRulesInStylesheet = rules.length,
totalSelectorsInStylesheet = 0;

Launch Sublime Text 2 from the Mac OS X Terminal

Sublime Text 2 ships with a CLI called subl (why not "sublime", go figure). This utility is hidden in the following folder (assuming you installed Sublime in /Applications like normal folk. If this following line opens Sublime Text for you, then bingo, you're ready.

open /Applications/Sublime\ Text\ 2.app/Contents/SharedSupport/bin/subl

You can find more (official) details about subl here: http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/2/osx_command_line.html
