After sysupgrade, I don't have a webpage, but saw something about installing luci:

Noticeable, after doing uci steps for enabling wireless via console

I'm able to use it to connect online so likely just GUI package is missing.

opkg update
opkg install luci

LuCI is the web user interface of OpenWrt. To access LuCI, at the left side of web Admin Panel -> More Settings -> Advanced. For some models, the LuCI isn't preinstalled, click Install LuCI to continue. After installed.

I got a page up, :)
http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/luci/
