Anaconda Keras / TensorFlow environment setup

Install TensorFlow (CPU), Keras, and some other tools to a new linux anaconda environment.

Open Anaconda Prompt

$ conda create --name keras35 python=3.5
$ source activate keras35
(keras35)$  # Your prompt should change
(keras35)$ conda install jupyter
(keras35)$ conda install scipy
(keras35)$ conda install spyder
(keras35)$ pip install --ignore-installed --upgrade https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/cpu/tensorflow-1.2.1-cp35-cp35m-linux_x86_64.whl
(keras35)$ pip install pyyaml h5py
(keras35)$ pip install keras
(keras35)$ pip install opencv-python
(keras35)$ pip install matplotlib seaborn argparse
