Project: TODO Pivot Box

Group Member Names: Matthew Arvidson Patrick Neel

Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project?

Goals and expectations: Complete as much of the project as possible as eloquently as possible, while learning the fundamentals nessecary to move on to Mod 2.

Team strengths:

Partrick: Flexible, easy to communicate with via in person or on slack/googlehangouts. Matt: Flexible as well in the same regaurds. Solid on HTML and CSS, with room to learn in JavaScript and JQuery. How to overcome obstacles: Work together until we hit a struggle cap and then seek outside resources such as google, classmates, Mod2/3 or mentors or instructors.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):

We both prefer to front-end the day and work from am to afternoon, not noon to evening. We both prefer to work at Turing so that it spilts the distance travled, plus we are open to carpooling.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):

If anything happens that deviates from what is expected then contact the other person as soon as possible and to be open with communication in general.

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

Both seem to be solid on HTML and CSS, but need to learn more of JavaScript and JQuery.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

We both will look over the given HTML and CSS to each try our hand at refactoring the code and making it ARIA compatible. We will come back together, compare notes and take the best of both worlds and then move forward together.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):

Work together and make sure to have equal commits, and make sure to NEVER WORK ON MASTER.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

Hopefully open communication will make everything run smoothly, but regardless we will let each other know how we thoght the project went and try to give coachable notes in a polite way. Agenda to discuss project launch: Kick it off tomorrow am at Turing. Ideas: Tools: Additional Notes
