- 1-½ oz. Bulleit bourbon
- ½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liquer
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- 7 drops Bittercube Bolivar bitters
- 7 drops Bittercube Orange bitters
- 3 oz. (approx.) ginger beer
- Maraschino cherries (optional)
- Add bourbon, St. Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to glass half-filled with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain into ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with cherry (optional).
