- 1-½ oz. Bulleit bourbon
- ¼ oz. Bénédictine
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 3-4 drops Scrappy’s cardamom bitters
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice.
- Stir with bar spoon for 30 seconds.
- Strain into cocktail glass.
The name
“Shoddy” is what our toddler calls the local science center, a regular Sunday afternoon destination.
