First option worked for me! (CentOS)
Do the yum install first! followed by this one below.
-> sudo wget https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/download/0.12.5/wkhtmltox-0.12.5-1.centos7.x86_64.rpm
lastly, this one.
-> sudo rpm -Uvh wkhtmltox-0.12.5-1.centos7.x86_64.rpm
*you can check your /usr/local/bin the wkhtmltopdf is there :)

For the second option, use:
wget https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/download/0.12.4/wkhtmltox-0.12.4_linux-generic-amd64.tar.xz
