This is Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. ("Konami"), the IP owner of the "Bemani" Series ("Game"). It has recently come to Konami’s attention that the forum you host "Osu!" （https://osu.ppy.sh/p/beatmaplist?q=beatmania%20IIDX）” is providing game copyrighted works such as artworks and owned by Konami.
