Edit PDFs, Form Fields, Fonts, LibreOffice, Writer, Impress, FontForge

Adobe Acrobat and other paid PDF programs seem to have cornered the market on making form fields in pdfs... FDF

There looks like there might be a free path, but it looks a little iffy.

Gotchas

So if you already have the adobe fonts on your machine, then it is probably a non-issue.

Otherwise, if you import the extracted fonts into fontforge, you find they are subsets of the whole font with weird name prefixes.
