- Opt-in. You enroll in the Program by texting a valid invite code to our toll-free number. Enrollment is voluntary and invite-only.
- Opt-out. Text STOP to unsubscribe from all messages at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message. You may re-subscribe by texting START.
- Help. Text HELP for support information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Technology providers. We use third-party platforms to operate the Program, including SMS delivery, data storage, and reward fulfillment. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
- Reward partners. When you redeem points, we share necessary information with our fulfillment partner to deliver your reward (e.g., gift card delivery).
- Legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We retain your phone number and Program activity for as long as your account is active. If you opt out, we retain a record of your phone number solely to honor your opt-out preference. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
