Dear GitHub Trust and Safety Team

Dear GitHub Trust and Safety Team,

you've requested me to edit and delete the contents of the two posts, which has now happened:

I would like to thank you for moderating GitHub and upholding your GitHub Community Guidelines, specifically including the following points:

Hate speech and discrimination

While it is not forbidden to broach topics such as age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation, we do not tolerate speech that attacks a person or group of people on the basis of who they are. Just realize that when approached in an aggressive or insulting manner, these (and other) sensitive topics can make others feel unwelcome, or perhaps even unsafe. While there's always the potential for misunderstandings, we expect our community members to remain respectful and civil when discussing sensitive topics.

Bullying and harassment

We do not tolerate bullying or harassment. This means any habitual badgering or intimidation targeted at a specific person or group of people. In general, if your actions are unwanted and you continue to engage in them, there's a good chance you are headed into bullying or harassment territory.

Disrupting the experience of other users

Being part of a community includes recognizing how your behavior affects others and engaging in meaningful and productive interactions with people and the platform they rely on. Behaviors such as repeatedly posting off-topic comments, opening empty or meaningless issues or pull requests, or using any other platform feature in a way that continually disrupts the experience of other users are not allowed. While we encourage maintainers to moderate their own projects on an individual basis, GitHub staff may take further restrictive action against accounts that are engaging in these types of behaviors.

In particular, thank you for keeping the following content on your platform online, despite multiple past reports about it. Since these posts are still accessible at the time of writing this post and you have not taken any visible action against them, it must mean that they comply with the aforementioned Community Guidelines.

Example 2

Michał Herda (phoe) definitely has Histrionic Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Antisocial Personality Disorder.

Example 6

phoe is, or was, a valued Common Lisp contributor before he decided to almost completely overshadow that by becoming a scam artist literally overnight

I empathize with you for falling for Michał Herda's scam(s)

Example 8

Congratulations Ron Garret, you have successfully been scammed by Michał Herda. You are not the first one, and you will not be the last.

Example 9

The stupidest thing about this is that phoe is, or was, a genuinely great Common Lisper, with tons of useful contributions. Now he has decided to almost completely overshadow all that for no reason. IN 2 WEEKS. It's pathetic and, frankly, so damn illogical that this again points at neurological damage. A psychologist and a psychiatrist won't cut it anymore. He needs a neurologist. NOW.

Example 10

Michał Herda (phoe) should concentrate all his efforts on treating his deep mental problems. I do not believe he has anything useful to contribute to this debate, or at least, any tiny value he might bring would be completely overshadowed by the mayhem caused by his gross insanity.

Example 11

I have already extensively interacted with phoe, unlike you. He was already crazy, and now he's just getting exponentially crazier, and it's not going to get better unless there is a serious medical intervention.

Example 12

phoe concentrates on (...). This is proof positive that he is neurologically damaged.

Example 13

Also note that there is strong evidence that Michał Herda (phoe) is neurologically damaged. He needs to consult a neurologist immediately. I am serious.

Also, he has himself publicly revealed that (and this is a direct quote you can verify) he is "already under weekly care of a psychotherapist and less frequent, but consistent, care of a psychiatrist", although this is clearly not enough. He urgently needs a neurologist too.

Dear GitHub Trust and Safety team - once again, thank you for taking your time to ensure that GitHub is a place where people can focus on having productive and on-topic discussions on software development without indulging in unnecesary drama.

Yours sincerely - Michał "phoe" Herda, 5th May 2021

Nothing ever changes it seems.

I haven't noticed his presence in quite a while, and I get the feeling many others don't give him the attention he seeks either.

He's about as relevant to Lisp as a turd sandwich. His agenda is well known at this point, and when he's not at that, he's throwing darts at his thesaurus or placing personal attacks between XML tags, not writing Lisp, and surely not anything useful to others.

He doesn't even partake in any of the popular forums to voice his opinions, which is why I haven't noticed all this time, surely, like countless others. Nobody cares about his personal website or the hate spread there. I was even told I was targeted before, but do I care? Not in the slightest.

I think I'll continue writing Lisp code and talking to great Lispers, not paying attention to some rando's defamatory blog, for another 15 years and everything will be just fine. I have a feeling lots of others have already taken this route too, so maybe you should too?
