PG Admin 4 4.28 Windows did not work - 4.26 does

  • PG Admin 4.28 x64 Windows installer did not work for me.
  • I'm running latest version of Windows 10.
  • The installer installed fine, but when PG Admin runs it is stuck in "Loading" in the browser
  • x86 version did not work either.
  • 4.27 version did not run.
  • 4.26 x64 version worked.

PG Admin version 4.28 x64 Windows installer seemed to work but the installed "app"/webpage that pops up has several problems trying to run scripts. Specifically: "Refused to execute script from because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled." That's in Chrome version Version 86.0.4240.193 and 86.0.4240.198
